Whittlebury Park Golf Club

Whittlebury Park is home to one of the finest golf experiences in the UK. Situated in the beautiful rolling countryside of south Northamptonshire, with hundreds of ancient oak trees and a dozen lakes, Whittlebury Park is the ideal venue for both individual golfers & Corporate or Society Championship golf day complimented by the magnificent Atrium Clubhouse (twice winner of UK Clubhouse of the year 2007 & 2008 and the largest in Europe).

Once part of the Royal hunting ground of Whittlewood. The park is one of the first golf estates to be awarded corporate membership in the Wildlife Trust in recognition of the conservation work undertaken. This has created one of the most diverse collections of flora and fauna to be found anywhere in the Midlands, contributing to a wonderful rural experience year round. At the end of the 19th Century the park had its own private 9 hole golf course, but at the outset of World War One, landowners were encouraged to plough land in order to grow much needed crops, and the course was given up.

Whittlebury Park benefits from 4 loops of 9 holes each with their own unique character, playable in any combination, so you do not have to play the same round of golf twice. The 36 holes with STRI & GUGA accredited greens encompass a golf course built on the Whittlebury estate in 1905 and resurrected to modern standards some 85 years later, it also offers the opportunity to play around the remaining copses of the ancient Whittlewood Forest.

Whittlebury Park houses some of the best teaching and improvement facilities in the UK with the Indoor Golf Centre and covered driving range situated in The Atrium, making it independent of the weather. For those non golfers there is over 600 acres of land on which we run multi-activities (including Archery, Shooting, Quad Biking and many more) and team building days, making the Park an ideal venue for corporate outings and family fun days.
